Shipping policy

DHL is GRTACTIVE'S preferred international delivery services.   

Please note that our Shipping Policy is that orders over USD50.00 will receive free shipping up to 1kg internationally.  Orders over 1kg will be charged a shipping surplus as per the guide attached.

All local orders will be delivered via a local courier Service and will receive free delivery charges for orders over USD50.00.

Please note that due to the Pandemic, we have suspended all shipping charges.   All shipping is free.  Return shipping is available on request.  Please request return shipping documentation at the time of purchase.
